Biking Tours

1. What do we offer?
We offer affordable guided bike rides to Ventura Beach, Old Creek Ranch Winery, and through the orange groves in the East End of Ojai. Beach and Winery rides have complimentary transport back to Ojai.

2. Who can participate in this activity?
Anyone with reasonable fitness and who has previously ridden a bike. Suitable for ages 11 to 77.

3. How long are the rides?
“The Beach Ride” is 16 miles, 10 down on the bike path & 6 miles on the flat. It is 1.5 hrs of cycling.
“The Winery Ride” is 10 miles down on the bike path to Foster park.
“The Orchard Ride” is 7-9 miles, 1.5 hrs on minor Ojai back roads.

4. Who supplies the bikes?
They are supplied by Trails by Potter, along with gloves, helmet, water & snacks.

5. What kind of bikes do we offer?
We offer 21-speed unisex Mountain bikes and Hybrid bikes, suitable for all heights ranging from 4’8” to 6’8”.

6. Are there restrooms on the rides?
Yes, after 9.5 miles on the Beach & Winery Rides, but not on the Orchard ride.

7. Where do we meet?
We meet outside your hotel or at an agreed destination, 5 minutes before the start of the activity.

8. How much do the rides cost?
Orchard, Beach and Winery ride - $65.00 and Orchard and Winery Tour...$85.00, Beach Ride and Winery tour...$90.00; Private Ride to Beach, Orchard or Winery...$100.00.

9. Can I ride back from the beach?
Yes, if arranged beforehand with your guides.
